Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours.
You have Twenty-Four (24) hours after submitting your deposit to request a refund in writing to: MichaelLivestockLLC@gmail.com.
Payments ABOVE the amount of the deposit will be refunded if a request is made in writing to cancel the order
(Deposit will not be refunded. Example: $200 deposit on a quarter. You request to make a payment of $400. You decide not to take the beef more than 24 hours later. You email MichaelLivestockLLC@gmail.com. We refund you $200 within 14 business days)
There will be NO REFUNDS on beef that has been paid and picked up.
The timestamp on the email will be used to determine if the request meets the time requirement.
